Terms of Agreement & Disclosures

1. Contract Cattle Feeding Mechanics

Participation in the Crown Beef contract feeding program is governed by a legally binding Contract Feeding Agreement executed between Crown Beef (Pty) Ltd (“the Company”) and the investor (“the Principal”).

• Unit Sizing: Minimum investment is 1 head of cattle priced at R17,000.00.
• Cycle Term: Each feeding batch runs for precisely 120 calendar days from the date of herd intake and vaccination.
• Maturity Settlement: Upon completion of the 120-day feeding period and commercial abattoir processing, the gross payout of R19,000.00 per cow (R2,000.00 profit) becomes payable.
• Maturity Election: At Day 90, the Principal must furnish a maturity instruction to: (1) Reinvest 100% of proceeds, (2) Harvest the R2,000 profit and roll the R17,000 principal, or (3) Fully liquidate all funds back to the Principal's verified South African bank account.

2. Risk Mitigation, Insurance & Off-Take Guarantee

Agriculture involves biological and physical variables. Crown Beef mitigates these through three structural safeguards:

• Evergreen Off-Take Agreement: Crown Beef holds a perpetual supply agreement with an accredited commercial abattoir to deliver 1,000 head of cattle per month. This contractual off-take eliminates open auction spot-price volatility.
• Feedlot Livestock Insurance: The feedlot maintains commercial livestock mortality insurance covering catastrophic disease outbreak, lightning, fire, and natural disasters.
• Biosecurity Protocol: Calves are sorted, inoculated, marked, and weighed within 24 hours of arrival, with twice-daily veterinary inspections and 24/7 security kraals.

3. Banking & FICA Verification

In compliance with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) of South Africa, all investor payments must originate from and settle back into a verified South African commercial bank account registered in the Principal’s legal name or registered legal entity (Pty Ltd / Trust). Crown Beef does not accept cash deposits or anonymous cryptocurrency transfers.

4. Privacy Policy (POPIA Compliant)

Crown Beef respects the privacy of every investor and complies fully with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Personal identifiable information (including full name, identity number, telephone, email, and banking details) is collected solely for contract execution, herd tag allocation, communication, and tax compliance.

We do not sell, rent, or distribute investor data to external marketing brokers or third parties. All records are stored with high security controls.
